All transactions will occur through Paypal invoices with USD. I do not take digital currency such as deviantArt points unless specifically stated, so please don't ask.

All watermarks are to remain intact on all art pieces drawn fully by me.

Prices are non-negotiable, and non-refundable.

I will not draw nsfw, fetish or kink art, hateful content, gore, or humans or human-adjacent characters.

Since I use invoices, I will need an email address to send it to. Please be aware of this before commissioning or ordering a custom.

If you make me uncomfortable for any reason I reserve the right to deny a sale.

Characters may be resold for the same amount purchased for, or more if more art has been obtained, for no more than the price of the art. You may not inflate the price with your own art.

Gift characters cannot be sold whatsoever, be it for real currency or digital currency. If you no longer want the character that I gifted to you, you are to return it to me as it was a personal gift to you, not to someone I may not even know.

Designs can be changed however you like after you have purchased a character from me.

You may use my art for the character, but you must always credit me as the artist. Likewise you must credit me as the designer.

Do not repost characters on toyhou.se if you get rid of them. Transfer them so that my credit for the design and my art is always maintained.
